Step 3: Reply to each comment using that companies brand guidelines

Comment Guidelines
Reply within 24 hours when possible.
Be positive, friendly, and professional.
Use emojis naturally when appropriate.
Never argue, correct, or debate online.
Don’t respond or react to negative comments (just flag them in Google Chat).
If you’re unsure about a reply, ask the team before posting.
Outreach & Community Engagement
Step 1: Identify 5–10 accounts to engage with daily:
- Local influencers
- Partner golf or tourism pages
- Community accounts (restaurants, hotels, regional attractions)
- Ideal Customer Profile players
✅ Follow relevant accounts
✅ Engage consistently (not spammy)
✅ Reply if they respond to your comment
